I just finished dinner; fried chickren, mashed potatos, green peas, and ice tea. It just rained, the air smells fresh. The sun just went down, as I stood on the back deck, I just had to look to heaven and say thank you God for a wonderful life. What esle could you want out of life.

Thanks for the "best" and for renewing my faith in yet another human being. It's so good to know when a lot of the ugliness is just hot air! LOL

Yes I know what you mean. God is good. It's the simplest pleasures that matter the most in life. It sounds like you had a good meal, you should've invited us over. lol. You must be from the south, because here in Texas we eat good like that all the time.

Yep who could ask for more. Sounds like a perfect day. Not many now days can look at everyday things and or step outside and see that God is and life is good. It is good to hear that some can still find God in the simple things in life. Smiles awesome
