ok I already told you all about my mouse problem...so the mouse is not going into the traps.....?.....Does it seriously need that much time to think about it, it needs to get the heck outta my apartment. I just swept up its little mouse nest from out beneath my stove. Horrible mess of I think it was couch cushion...?...and pepperments? What the heck does a mouse need pepperments for....fresh breath to impress the other mousey's? So yeah I want this mouse out!! Any suggestions?

First off make sure the mouse isn't finding a food source. What are you using for bait? Cheese only works in cartoons. Real mice don't eat cheese. There is no cheese in nature. Try peanut butter if you haven't yet.

yeah I've got peanut butter in the traps and the door shuts on them but they get out....and OMG when I pulled my stove out there was a huge hole where they have been coming in I guess....so I filled it up and now I'm just waiting for it to go in the trap again.....it likes playing in the burners of my stove....i'll even stand a foot from it and it'll just pop it's head up and be like....haa I'm still here! ugh!

Try glue traps. They can't get out of those.

hey, mouse is really disgusting, maybe you have to use other ways to seduce them . like the things they like to eat, or buy some thing that gives special flavor that the mouse doesn't like. have a try.

great advice from the people above, i would add make sure you place the traps against the wall where you find evidence of their little party. mice can't see very well so they run along walls using there whiskers to feel the walls for guidance.

You can put roast beef in the traps. It just can't resist it. Or you may consider mouse poison if your not an animal advocate. And once it is out, keep your apartment from any food lying around. The smell attracts critters.
