Are you a "don't fence me in", acreage-loving type or do you love living in an urban setting?

I guess country life and city life has their own perks and disadvantages. Personally, I've already tried living in each of them. My family hails from the province and I could say that life there was really slow. At the age of five, my parents decided to send me to school here in the city. I started and finished schooling here so I could say that I am used to living here. But after more than five years of working in a local financial institution, this being my first job after graduating from college, I decided to try my luck in the province. My primary objective was to be with my parents who are in their early fifties then. I wasn't able to be with them for most of my childhood years and I really missed them during these times so I was catching up with the lost times.
Fortunately, I got a job with another local company which I worked with for a year. In comparison, I prefer living in the country than in the city. You could say that I was an old-fashioned individual who prefers the slow life in the country; seeing the green fields and experiencing fresh wind is what I really look forward to. In fact, I definitely enjoyed staying with my in-laws for one year when my husband and I decided that I temporarily stop from working for us to have a baby.

I like city life, even though it is very dull, but I'm used to it, those hi-tech gadgets and sorts, I think I'll be having a hard time trying to live in the countryside :)
