Has Anyone Ever Got Banned From Google Adsense?

I'm afraid that my Adsense account will be deleted soon. I usually get two or three hundred clicks a day, but lately I've been getting close to a thousand a day. I have a friend that got banned from Google Adsense for click fraud even though he didn't click on his own ads. Out of nowhere he started receiving a lot more clicks than usual, but he got paid anyway, but his account was closed a week later and he didn't receive anymore checks. It seems that my account is taking the same turn.I just received over $1,700 from last month's earnings, but will I receive the next month's earnings? Have you ever got banned?
