I have heard people taking bed coffee once they wake up. i have never been to that habit. but my uncle and aunt have that habit.
how many of you have that habit? what is the big thing that make you have that habit?
Is it really good to take bed coffee? Can you share your experience?

I believe it is better to avoid bed coffee.
but i learnt that it is eve bad to have coffee or tea with breakfast or lunch or dinner. it is said that they affect the digestion and other activities. because they produce some complex substance reacting with the food particles which are difficult to be digested. so this leads to many problems.

yeah i also believe it is bad to have bed coffee. and also it is better not to get used to or get addicted to drinking coffee or tea. i know people around me who feel that they can't remain without drinking coffee or tea at 11.00am or 3.00pm everyday. thats also bad.

you came to the point. they call it bed coffee. it is drinking coffee (usually) just after waking up and drinking it even before brushing the teeth.
whether you drink coffee or tea the habit is the same. how did u get this habit and what makes u hold this habit? is there anything special about it?

I love drinking coffee. I don't drink it in bed though, usually it's sitting around the kitchen table chatting away with my family. We'll just sit there, sipping on our cups and talk about whatever is going on in our lives and what fascinating things are going on in the world.
