Mylot pop up that says "You've won" so and so for being the __visitor?

Is it only me or does this happen to you too? When I open MyLot, this pop up appears at the upper portion of my screen and keeps blinking, telling me I was lukcy because I've won something for being the ___visitor? It appears in a long rectangular box. Does this happen to you too? If so, do you click on it? Any advice for this occurrence?
