Right size of a family....whats your say

2 adults, 3 kids, the 2 younger ones are twins. I would have stopped at 2 if I hadn't been surprised with twins.

I have two kids. But now I think many families are going for just one child.

I think any amount is alright as long as you are able to afford the children you have . Where I live the common you hear of is 2 to 3 children and the parents but there are still that have as many as 13 or 14 , although this is more rare . We have 5 children and I would love to have another one but my husband feels we have enough and my health suggests I don't have anohter one although I am not sure that I could have another one even if my husband agreed because I had a difficult time with each of my pregnancies and was lucky to be able to have the 4 I did have . Our fifth child is one who came to stay with us when her family no longer cared where she stayed and her mom called me and asked me if I wanted her when I said she could come live with us and be a part of our family .

Mine is a very heavily populated country and I think 2+1 would be a right thing to be for every family. We are also 2+1 as of now.

I think the ideal family member is four,couple and two kids.In my opinion,if you have only two kids you can give them good education,foods to eat and a better future.In my case i am an average income earner.If i raise a big family i doubt i can't support all the needs of my family.

It varies in this country. I know people with 2+1, and as many as 2+5. One man I work with has 14! It depends on the family. My family was 2+1 but is now 1+1. Someday I hope it is 2+2.

In our country, I noticed that poor people, specially those living in slum areas, tend to have many children while middle class and rich people tend to have lesser number of children. I think it's because more of the middle class and the rich got educated and had family planning. For me, the best size for a family is to have 2 kids as the most. Good day!

its 2+1 majorly adopted in the country by the government as well as a few educated middle class people..while the lower class people in my country they still are on the lines of 2+2 or more...or still certain percent of population waits for a boy child to stop adding to the population. but i think 2+1 is sufficient as it has become difficult to survive with present trend of increase in prices

hey there i think your family is already perfect with 3 people. i have 2 lovely kids and my husband. i think any size is ok as long as you can manage it but 2 kids + 2 adults is good too!

We can have any number of kids...my grand parents had 10..and parents also 3...so i have decided to imitate my grand parents....going to help india achieve number one place in population...

A family should have a maximum of two children.Two per home will keep the growing world population to moderate.And I hope by 2050,the population will come down.If not nature will make the population to come down,by way of global warming.Thank you
