The more you think about it the more it will get worse. I, myself had experienced tragedies also, I lost the one who mean the world to me. But I said to myself, I have to change my gameplan in life. Try not to think any negative thoughts. I suggest you try once again and be positive all the time. If Plan "A" doesnt work out, There are still 25 letters left in the alphabet. You see its not the end.
Thanks for listening, I wish you well in all your ventures in life

you could try these therapeutic techniques that worked for me when I had the down-est moments in my life.
1. vent out- talk to someone...post in my lot
2. pamper yourself- eat chocolates, have a massage, have a new look/haircut
3. seek professional help- consult a psychologist, counselor, priest/pastor, or a psychiatrist if worst comes to worst.
4. PRAY- it works! it's good to feel that we have someone greater than life whom we could lean on to..
Ihope this helps! Happy mylotting!
Think of the brighter side of life. You may be down today, but on top tomorrow.

I am sorry for the losses you just have made on your life. Well what can you do is try not to be with it all the time. Although your experience puts you there try to make the best out of it. You should do a quick inventory of what is left good in your life for I know for sure there is at least one then focus on that on how you could be release from where you are right now. Focusing on the negatives will just further bury you from where you are.

I'd say try not to dwell on what's going wrong - look for the good things that happened lately OR the good side to the bad things that have happened.
Vent to a friend, on mylot or even to a journal.
Go out with friends, find something to do to to take your mind of things.
Make changes of your own choices..take control.
I hope things get better for you.
