If possible , I would choose s slow-paced life . Everyone can only have one life ,it's precious to us , so we should treasure it . Just think you lead a fast-paced life as the morden society people , getting up at 6 o'clock , falling asleep at 12 o'clock , and being forced to work overtime (work extra shifts) , you can get much money and power ,but except these , you lost many things , such as health , rest and the time to do much other significant things . Nowadays ,the society is fast-paced . Every day we have many gains and losses , so we need enough time to think about our life and enjoy what we gain from the daily life . In the morden society , there are many evils which make us depressed , so we need time to dream a beautiful life to make ourselves excited . And life is short for us , so we should make our life more significant , we need more time to read to enrich our spirit , accompany our family , help and care about others , if we do these things ,we will find that our life is more colourful than before

In some ways, you're right. But on the other hand, when you choose a slow-paced life, you'll be left behind all the people in today's modern society. Almost everybody in today's society don't spend much time for leisure, as they spend most of their days on work, which causes depression and fatigue for the person concerned. So, if possible, we must enjoy our life- have a slow-paced life- while keeping up with the people in the society we belong to- have a fast-paced life. But, since in my choice, there's an intersection, I prefer to be in the middle, to have fun as long as I live while keeping up with today's society. In that way, my life can be balanced. I hope you get my point. Oh, and I give my apologies for the redundancies that can be found in my answer, I just can't think of any other words... :D

I would also choose a slow-pace life, as is narrated in your discussion. We have only one life to live and it is short. We need to live our life to the full with a better quality life. But in fact, it seems that it is not that easy to always live a slow-pace life because of our work nowadays. It seems that reality and dream are not easy to be compatible. Good day, friend.
