I went shopping last weekend and I was mad because if unethical people. There were long lines at the cashier and somebody overtook me at the line. I was surprised because she just had a pack of napkins to pay for. I was mad because she is in the wrong lane. There is a big sign that it is the cart lane. There is an express lane where she can pay for the item. It is a very simple policy and yet there are people who can't follow it. How would you feel if you are in this situation? What would you do?

That wouldn't bother me so much. What really burns me up is when someone plans on paying with a check, but, they stand there, while their items are being rung up, without even taking out their checkbook. Come on! The name of the store isn't going to change, while the cashier is ringing up your items. Take out the checkbook and at least fill out the name of the store for crying out loud. And get out your identification, because you know they're going to want to see that. Contrary to what you may believe, the world does NOT revolve around you.

Wow! Great telling me that the world does not revolve around me. Do you and she also know that the world doesn't revolve around you? A policy is still policy.
