Morning or Evening Walk Which are more beneficiary ???

For the good health walk is the necessary, specially when we have sitting JOB. If we walk at least 45 to 60 minutes a day will be good for the health. I like to know which is the important and beneficiary walk time ... Morning or Evening. I did it Evening but do the irregularity I start in Morning & also enjoy the morning time, But big constraints is not easy to wake up early morning. Looking your opinion.

Hello,Satish! Morning walk is always good for your health as in the morning you will get the fresh air without any polluting elements in it.Besides you will get the vitamin from the rising sun that you can't get in the evening.thanx
