Hello! Comfort foods like potato chips,banana chips or such fried foods are not considered good for health as these losses the nutritional values.So it is better to consume fruits or fruits juice or vegetables soup when you feel urgent need.Usually I eat the fruits or vegetables soup in urgent cases to satisfy my hunger.thanx
