Keep jogging

Do you jogging everyday? I do,and i have lost almost 5kgs weight after running since from last summer,it is really effective. do you have same experience?

I jog only during weekends with my wife. We do it in a nearby park early in the morning. It was so fun since there are many people who jog with us as well and they're also bringing their whole family with them. It's also very healthy as you will sweat more as you go.

You are lucky as you do jogging with company,but I just run alone,my husband always has various causes to refuse joining my exercise,I used to jog at night,but now I chose to do in the morning everyday, I just hope to be able to lost some more weight since from now,anyway,it is healthy life style.

I jog almost every day. I am just beginning and so I do not push myself too much, only to my limit! I usually do not jog 2 or 3 days a week. It's only because I am trying to get my joints in shape. I am almost 50 and just beginning. I haven't really lost any weight yet, actually gained a pound or two but I am sure I'm building muscle. At least I hope that's what it is! I run 1.45 miles and hope to do my first 5K in June!

yeah i run almost everyday but now since university started i have been runnin les.. but whn i run i try to run avg of 6K or longer! happy lottin n have a nice day!
