i have heard and read that a human has to drink atleast about 8-12 glasses of water. but i hardly drink even one glass of water. and i am fine.hahahahahaha

Well, I'm not sure, I'm not exactly too much of a hydrated person. I guess about 1 litres + for me per day only?

I've read many times that we're supposed to drink about eight glasses a day - but for some reason, drinking water gives me heartburn. Fortunately, there is a lot of water content in other things we drink, and in fruit and vegetables - so hopefully those of us who don't drink much are still being hydrated. (I suppose if we weren't, we'd die!)

I really don't know how much I drink, but I know I don't drink enough. I am trying to change that. I definitely drink to many diet cokes.
Water is good for you I work where it is hot and I drink water to cool me off. I have started freezing bottle water and taking it to work. So I believe I am doing better with it that way.. It probably will change when the weather gets cold.

Friend, just a friendly advice. Please refrain from drinking too many diet cokes because if you didn't know yet, diet cokes and other softdrinks contain aspartamine/aspartame, which means "sweet poison" that is mixed in "cola". This is what we call Formaldehyde, so if it's already stored in our body, Formaldehyde converts into Formalin. Notice that Formalin is commonly used to embalm human cadavers? Think about it please. Water is much safer to drink.

I drink ALOT of water everyday.
I read one day about the benefits of drinking sufficient water everyday, and it shocked me into action.
I could prevent tiredness, constipation, headaches, hunger pangs, cramps, eye pains, and lots more, just by drinking a little extra water. It's amazing!
I drink about 2-3 glasses when I wake up and before I goto sleep at night everyday.
Also during the day i drink about 4-5 glasses.
If I had gone outdoors and had some sun, when i return I immediately replenish myself with 2-3 glasses.
You could say that I am one hell of a hydrated guy! ;)

true to tell, it is over 2 to 3 litres, but, I also know that I should be drinking over 5 litres a day. It is raining here now, and even if it doesnot, I am too sedentary in my habits, Seldom sweat. So, I think the wateris sufficient.
I am not surprised, they might be suffering some serious problems, those who dont drink water.

Hi friend,
I know some people don't drink water.It true.But i think it is really not good for their health as our body requires more water than solid content.We have take 7 to 8 litres of water to drink.But i don't know why people go to bad things first than going to good things.I am not surprised because i saw so many people doing it.

I have been drinking more water in the last several months than I have in years. I cut out a lot of soda pop with Pepsi and CherryVanilla Dr. Pepper being my favorites.
I have noticed that since I have been drinking more water my skin is not near as dry as it used to be. That's a plus. Also, my appetite has changed. I don't eat as much as I used to. I have lost some weight, but not wholly due to the increase of water intake. I've also cut out LOTS of ice cream.
I try to drink at least 3 glasses of iced water here at home and then at work, I'll have 2 bottles of water. They are usually around 16 to 20 ounces each. So, I think I'm drinking enough water now.

Well; I am not aware of other people . Yet ; I drink Tonnes of it - around 12 glasses a day in Summers and 8 to 9 glasses a day in Winters . It varies in Rainy season and even within Summers and Winters . Yet ;it is very important for me.

I drink a lot of water. I just like it, there is many kinds of water or tastes of drink water. I like water from my fridge(there is some special filter, so the water is very clean)it's very tasty and coooold. I like also some mineral water, the best is from Danone. A week ago - I think I just ordered such thing as watercoach from spa.nl - it's Hollands mineral water brand - also good, on their website you can check(if you can read dutch) how much water you should drink(for me 1,8 liter a day is enough - I do a lot of sports), and then you set this on the watercoach and it pips each 2 hours so you know you have to drink some water and press the button of the watercoach. Nice thing.

I can drink water as much as my body needs it. Only motivates me to pee in the bathroom in return once the fluid converts into Uric acid (urine).

I love water very much, and I am drinking 6-10 litres per day (which results in using bathroom every 30 minutes or so :P )
I am not surprised that some people don't drink water, because a few years ago instead of 6 glasses of water (which is the recommended minumum), I was drinking 6 glasses of cocacola etc, because the water wasn't very good as a taste (back then), but now I like it very much, and I don't know why.
