Hi readers! NBS is having their annual sale - up to 70% on books and other items. I was able to buy a biography of Filipina writers for only P35 and I've seen lots of medical books for only P300. I always look forward to their sale because I collect educational items like flashcards, etc Have you visited the store? It also already openend their online shop.

Indeed a very good welcome for the coming Christmas season. We could buy gifts as early as now. As for me, its good that a sale has come since I'm now into reading novels and trying to buy John Grisham and James Patterson masterpieces. Hopefully the sale stays until December, even forever! ^_^

Yepz, but I'm not a fan of NBS, well, in the present, 'coz I prefer Powerbooks for its products. Powerbooks only has books, bookmarks and stickers while NBS has almost all school supplies, so, the bookstore is always crowded and noisy, too. I prefer quiet places, so Powerbooks would be a better bookstore for me. But what you said, about the sale on NBS is great news to the people out there who cannot afford to buy books, even if they really want to buy one. It's a great opportunity to go and find a good book to read.
