what do you do to practice listening?

hi, i am learning English at home and listening is a vital factor of English study. i watch movies a lot, but from last night on, i decided to watch the Simpsons every night as my part of listening practice. any better suggestion for improving listening?

Hi,Listening is very important for english study,and is also my weakness.So I spend more time to listen.English TV, songs, movies,and other in english.Just hold on,I think that my listening will be better.

yeap, definitely. while listening is my strong point, and i feel it pleasure even during exams compared to reading.
