No, if you get into a new relationship too soon you and the other person are at a higher risk of being hurt. These relationships are called rebound relationships and have the highest failure rate of all. When a relationship ends both parties need to go through the mourning process before they are mentally healthy enough to have a new relationship.

mourning process? sad to say she doesnt mourn... she was selfish... he finds sum1 to replace me already even if we are still on... she cheated and dats da thing i cant forgive bwt her.

I thought that you were asking for yourself. She doesn't sound very nice, and definitely not someone who can be trusted so stop wasting your emotional energy on her. Clean her out of your life and move on. There is a decent person out there who will make you happy but you just haven't met her yet.
