well my mother used to say to put your chin up and recite the vowels, AEIOU but exaggerate them to really use the muscles. It's not a quick process, but if you think about it, 5 minutes every day out of your life isn't a lot and make sure it's every day even more times a day whenever you think about it, AND when no one is looking at you of course Ha ha. Whenever I do this for a couple weeks I notice a difference, but I have a problem continuing it once I start, but I know that if I continued it every day for long periods I would never have a double chin. The secret is continuing to do it. Maybe do variations too like tilting your head both ways while saying the vowels or anything that you feel the stretch happening. Be creative. Try your own exercises that you feel the muscle tensing. Making funny faces using your muscles helps wrinkles and sagging in the face as well. The people of the orient do it and they look great, no saggy faces there. Good luck

I told you about neck exercises and now I was just looking through this beauty pamphlet I got in the mail just now and they show a chin strap. It's called a VELFORM chin and neck wrap. It says it works in just minutes a day and notice dramatic results in a month. dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. It includes chin and neck gel, chin wrap and a carry bag and instructions. It's 29.99. #24744 from a mag called beauty boutique. Fall issue. www.beautyboutique.com or call 1-800-497463. Try it.I bet it will really work.

I know a lot of people who has that problem. It is in your genes. there are no exercisers for that. If you want that to disappear you need to go to the doctor and have a liposuction in that area. I am serious here!
