it is so that others can search for a certain topic and find things related to them

a tag line i think is words to describe what your post is about,that way the program,or programers can know where to put your post--for example--if you write about pig-they put all the pig posts together-so if you write about pig these are some tag lines--pig-pork-bacon-pigs tail-pig feet---hope this help
