Please pray for my brother-in-law tomorrow

My husband's brother has been battling throat cancer for six years now. He beat it once and was cancer free for several years but it recently came back. He has lost his voice completely and is scheduled for surgery tomorrow. They have only three options: Remove all of the cancer, including some portion of his throat and put a port in for him to breath through. He will then need something mechanical to speak with. Remove some of it and buy him some time. Worst case, they may not be able to remove any of it so then he will learn how much time he has left, which may be as little as six months. Since he's already been through chemo and radiation twice his doctor says that those are no longer an option. To make matters worse, he has no insurance but this doctor has been caring for him for free and the hospital is waiving payment until a later date. This is my husband's little brother and they have always been close. His first battle with cancer was one of the reasons why we moved down here to Florida and why we live around the corner from him. He and his wife don't want anyone to go to the hospital with them but I'm staying home from work tomorrow to be there for my husband and to be available should they change their minds and decide that they want us there. So, if you guys and gals would please think good thoughts and say a prayer for David, that the doctors are able to remove the cancer, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
