i used to listen to music while studying when i was like 14, but after a while i couldn't concentrate enough so i decided to stop.i consider that a quiet environment leaves you alone with your thoughts, so that you can only pay attention to them.

I started playing music while studing because I had really noisy clock. I coudn't concentrate at all when I was hearing it's sounds. So I started to play music to drown out the noise. I can't say that I listen to music while studing because for most of time I don't have any idea what song plays from my play list. But music in the background creates friendly enviroment to study.
