do you ask for help?

I do not like to ask anybody in my family for help, as they do not know how to help, they only know how to take over. They also make the tiniest thing seem like such a huge deal. What about you? Do you ask for help? if not,why? when was the last time you asked a family member for help? did you regret it?

hello . me i ask for help and they respond to it cause we care for each other so much and i don't regret it. the last time they help me when i was down with my business and help me and motivate me to succeed. happy Myloting!

I really do not ask for help very much if I can do without it I'm independent and I like to have everything under control, but if I risk making myself look bad I turn for help.
