Long over due in my opinion. In fact, I never could quite understand why he was not simply executed in the sandy hole they found him in several years ago. Certainly, that course of action would have saved time, energy, and money. I don't think bringing such an individual to "justice" was in the least bit necessary and only served to satisfy certain extraneous political anxieties.
