A good vitamin to supplement our diets today? Do we all feel we just might need to make sure we and our children are getting all the elimates we need?

I dont think taking the prescribed amount of vitamins everyday regardless of diet will hurt you. Our diets change from time to time and the habit of taking them is important to have for those times when we do not eat right.

if you are not getting the proper vitamins in your diet than yes you need but if you are getting a balanced diet then no you don't really need the extra.

I take Nature's Code for women, and my husband takes
the same thing only for men. I think it is the Co Q 10,
It helps me keep my weight down as well as makes me feel better.
My kids take a multivitamin also......;-)

I think it depends on the person. I take a calcium supplement because I don't eat enough foods rich in calcium. My son's pediatrician recommends that he take a daily vitamin, but it is also because he is picky with his food choices lately. Some people probably do get all of the necessary nutrients from their diet alone.
