Hi friend,The best way to get new customers is by circulating brochures in you local area about you new parlour.
Intially you can do eyebrows tweezing free as an inaguaral offer for some time. This will definitely drive atleast a minimum of 10 customers everyday to your parlour.
Treat your customers politely and with a smiling face.
Avoid talking loudly and giggling among your staff above the face of the customers while doing facial, eyebrows etc.(I have experienced in some parlours and got irritated)
Give equal preference to all sort of customers or atleast pose like that.
Make your customers feel happy and relaxed by playing some light melodius music.
Never show faces to any of your customers even if they complain about anything.
Above all, neat and good work will definitely drive customers to ur parlour.
All the best!
