Let just say that Computer science is more focused towards software and Engineering more on the hardware. From there you can see the difference now. Science you are most likely into programming and language familiarization and software development. While in Engineering it is more geared towards the hardware where your focused is in the inside of the machine itself.

I graduated from Computer Science back in March 2008 and while I was in college, I had friends from Computer Engineering. The question you should answer is, what do you want to deal with when it comes to computers? If you take Computer Science, you will be dealing with the software components of the computer and then deal very little with the hardware and workings of the hardware. If you take Computer Engineering, it's the opposite. You won't be programming that much software but instead you'll be working with the hardware, the workings of the hardware and of course, you'll do some programming for the hardware.
