when your superior gives you a low increment?

u have been working in the company for the past 4-5 years...u have been very loyal to it...n of course u get a good reasonable pay...now u have a new superior...who is tough to u...there are many superiors who can never agree you doing a good job...and who will recommend you for a low increment....u can easily quit a job...wud you become sentimental to your company....wats the right decision...??? wat you say???? happy my lotting
