How do you feel about equal rights? Do you think that it has become a reality? That women have finally truly achieved their rights?
The women of today have truly accomplished a lot of things even in the fields that were once for men only. There are very powerful women in business, politics, the arts and so on...

I believe men and women has their own rights.
Such as, it is a right for man to become the leader of it own nuclear family, woman can not fight for that. There is reason for that. It is the nature of law that man thinking are more based on logic while woman more to emotion. But it is the right for woman to get care from the husband, commitment from the busband and love from the husband. The wife cannot be abused physically and sexually. It is their right. Wife's role is to help the husband to lead the family and she should be respected as one. Every advice or suggestion from them should be taken into account by the husband.
The point that i want to say is women has to accept that in certain area, they cannot fight to be the equal as men. Same goes to men, in certain area, it has to be women dominating it.
It is a sinergy that we have to understand.

To me still a lot is required to be done for the women. In some countries some rules have been made for equal rights of woman but even in the countries like America and European Countries, still women are not treated at par with the men in certain fields. In our country in the govt. jobs rights of the man and woman are equal even rather more facilities are available to the women. But unfortunately the percentage of the women in govt.job is very low and in other spheres of life the condition of the women is not so good.

I'm a strong believer in equal rights and am very much against any from of gender bias or discrimination. Having said that, although there have been some very noted achievements from women in a lot of fields, there is a long way to go . This is of course is different from one culture and society to another. In the western cultures the changes in this are more evident than in some other mid-eastern of not developed cultures.

Men and women do have equal rights but people have their own biases and will not accept change. Or will be slow to accept that change.
Women have always proven that they can be strong in different fields that were once dominated by men.
But there is still some areas where man nor woman will accept that one is stronger or more dominant than the other.
