How do you make more posts in less time?

Because I now have lesser time for myLot than before, I am looking for ways on how I can make more posts with the limited time that I have. Of course, we all know that the more we post (of considerable length), the more we earn. Do you have any techniques or strategies that you use so that you can post more in less time? I have learned from another myLotter friend that we can open multiple tabs. That is working for and making my posting a lot faster. I now post an average of 12 responses in an hour. How many post can you make in an hour? How do we make our posting faster?

Aside from learning how to type much faster and the multiple window example you have already been given I can't really think of much else? I tend to keep mylot open at all times in the background while I am working and whwnever I have a free minute I just duck in and post something. All these little spurts of activity add up after a while!

I think after typing for some time here and after making 1000 and more post, I am now accustomed to typing and can now consider my self as a fast typer. But maybe I can increase the speed of my typing more as I type here more. Have a nice day!

I have something to suggest and I'm not being funny or patronizing or anthing! I think that, if you can type, then you stand a very good chance of typing a lot more posts. I myself am a touchtypist and this helps me significantly. There are a lot of good typing tutorials online and so it would perhaps be a good idea to have a look at a few. Good luck. Andrew

What is a touchtypist? Please fill me in about it. Are typing tutorials online free? Can they really make me type faster? I can type now. And I think my typing speed is faster than others. Do I need typing tutorials still? Have a nice day!

I can say that I am a touch typist too. I can type without looking at the keyboard. So would that make me a fast typer? Do I still need typing tutorials?

Choose discussion of your interest, discussions that you have something to say about. Otherwise you ll get stuck and waste time. Use firefox and open mulitpe tabs. That will help you saving time.

Picking discussions is one of the time-consuming part here. You have to choose discussion in which you have something to say or else you would end up replying with one-liners or you won't respond at all, losing most of your time. Have a nice day!

I have a very limited time also here in mylot, I hope I can visit more often in day, that explains the number of post I have compared to those who registered in this site later who earned considerable number of posts in a day and been compensated also with the effort. As previously pointed, multiple tabs and fast typing could be great. I would also suggest that if you are out of time here, you may keep an eye on the discussions whre you havent responded, maybe make a short note on who are the starter poster and write some responses on the topics they started while you were out of the computer and when you get online, you are head on as to whom you would reply ! Have a great day !

That is a good one. But I think it would take time looking for the discussion if the one you are responding to makes a lot of discussions. And it would also take time to jot down the discussions. Honestly, I don't know how I would do it. Have a nice day!

LOL... i used the tab function on the browser... you don't have to waste the time for waiting until each page loads all the data, as long as you have one page to respond, let the other loads. I hope you would understand my points, because I think it helps me so much in posting in myLot. I can reply to 4-5 posts only in minutes with this strategy. Good luck in fast posting, have a nice day, richiem

The multiple tab method is really helpful for me to respond to discussions faster as I don't have to wait for the loading time. You have a very fast posting speed. 4-5 posts under a minute. I can only make 10-15 posts under an hour. You sure are fast! Have a nice day!

Some hours ago, I have just found out that I can type about 45 words per minute. And usually the length of my post is 45 words. So I can only make 1 post per minute and that would be the faster. And it is not possible because I still have to look for the discussion first, then open the window, read the discussion, think a little, type the response and then press the "post response" button. That would take more than a minute really.

Well.. it was my fastest, because of there are some similar postings that I don't have to think so much to answer those discussion. but in some other time it would take me 2-3 minutes to answer one post. The only thing that makes me slower is the browsing time. It is become harder everyday to find a good discussion that I can participate in. And there are less and less members that I know would answer my response.

you got it right there. that is the best way to make more post. what i like to do if i start a post, i keep that one open until i answer everyone, and then keep a another tab open to answer other peoples post. this way everything get's done and you are making money

It really gets everything done. But I sometimes I find it hard to keep my discussion active and still respond to others. Those times, I just comment on the responses I receive. Have a nice day!

I have no idea of how many posts I can make in one hour but I do use tabs all the time. At any time here in mylot I have 10-15 tabs open then I just post away and then open 10 more :) I don't really know how to make more posts in less time, specially if it's responding to discussions but there was a time where I didn't have time to come here other than a few minutes but I had time at my computer at work - the one not connected to the web - so at times where there was nothing happening I would use word to write discussions I wanted to post and then when I would come home I would just copy and paste them in the discussion boxes here in myLot. I was able to post more discussions than if I was just writing them at the time. Of course not everyone has the time sorted out like this, often if they have a computer it's connected to the internet, but for me it worked.

arkaf61, I wish I could do that too. I only have a computer in the office. Suppose if I have a computer at home even without internet connection, I can type my discussions in advance and just copy paste it on the myLot textbox when I get to office. That way I will be saving a lot of time! Have a nice day!

I guess you really have to think of good discussions to start. I think discussions are the most earners here. When your discussion receives a lot of response, then your will be earning more. Good luck to your here in myLot. Have a nice day!

I have use the technique of the tabs and it works really well, I can't do it nowadays because I have back to use my old computer since my new one burned off, so that I am doing now is typing the responses on notepad and then copy them to the mylot box, once I typed up a lot of discussion on notepad and then copy them to mylot and it was really faster, I was able to post a lot in just one day, because I didn't wanted my time opening windows on mylot and when I had all the discussion I was going to start and I was tired to type I just went to mylot of paste them there.

steve9737, Wow, that is a good idea. Typing a lot of discussions in a notepad and then copying it on the mylot textbox. It comes handy when you are not in the mood to respond. Have a nice day!

I only know if i cant post more with limited time, i will go for quality post, meaning i will respond lesser, but longer comments ^_^ IT will help in a way and i guess we will earn more that way too ^_^ hehe If not, we can choose to upload pictures instead, and that will help to boost our earnings without having to post more ^_^

Is it easier to upload photo's than to respond to discussions? I haven't uploaded photo's here a lot and I haven't figured out if it would be faster that way. And besides, there is an uploading limit for photos. And the worst problem is I don't have photo's to upload. Have a nice day!

Hello there. I also open multiple tabs. Sometimes it takes a while for my response to load so while I'm waiting I head on to the next tab and start replying. Not only does this save me a lot of time it also motivates me to keep on going. I open 3-4 tabs at a time, so when I'm done with that batch I look for 3-4 new discussions to respond to and this is now my second batch. Posting in batches really works for me because I always try to finish a batch before logging off.

I open 10-15 tabs at a time of discussion I will be responding to. I think opening more tabs can speed up the process more. I would suggest you open more tabs rather than opening only 3-4. Have a nice day!

Do you mean that if we write more the more money that we get. May we need be good in language in order to write more like a hundred of word a response that we will get more money. We only giving out our opinion only how we can write so much words in 1 question like what do u like to eat. This really make me headache we write so much words and only get a few cent. Is this worth for us to keep mylotting in here. Pls give me your opinion. Thank you. Happy mylotting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the more we write here, the more we earn. I always keep my posts up to three to four lines in the minimum. That's about 30 to 40 words. Mylot don't want us posting just one-liners so it follows that they should pay us if we post more. But I don't try to make about 100 words per post. I try to make more posts with 40 words. I suggest you do that too so that you won't feel any headache and still earn more. Have a nice day!

Hi friend,Making more posts in less time can be made only by posting very few lines and we would not be able to concenterate much. Those posts may not have the quality.Even though we post less posts we earn a lot only throuh quality posts. So even less posts am trying to give quality posts. Thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

The problem really with posting more in less time is that quality would suffer. But I always try to maintain the quality of my posts even if I am trying to make a lot of posts in less time. Have a nice day!

I think opening the tabs is a great idea, and I know what my fiance does, what I do from time to time, and what another mylotter here does as well, is to post them all at the same time. I'm not sure if that actually helps when it comes to posting more, but I do know that at least it gets more of your discussions out there and that means it's more likely to be responded too. Other then that, My fiance does put up about 20 tabs if not more on average of mylot things to respond too, it works for him if I don't interrupt with asking him a question, or telling him his breakfast is ready, etc....

I also do open about 10-20 tabs of discussions I want to respond to. I think it helps because when they are ready, I would just have to type and then press "post response" and not wait for the loading time. About postng all of my discussions at the same time, I think it would also help to have response to them. But that is if I have a lot of discussions to start. Have a nice day!

I think opening multiple tabs and responding in different discussions one after the other will be a good way. Because once you respond to one discussion, you can respond in another discussion in another tab, thus allowing the previous discussion to load.

Multiple tabs really help in making more posts in less time. Sometimes myLot takes a long time to load and having multiple tabs saves us from waiting. I now can make 12 posts in an hour with multiple tabs. I hope I can make more. Have a nice day!

Hey richiem, I think I probably post about 12 or so an hour, but I write long responses. I don't know anything about keeping more than one tab open at a time. I type fast enough to do one response at a time. I don't want to take the chance of making a mistake and posting to the wrong discussion. I don't want to feel like I am in some sort to race or have a deadline to meet. I do need to make some money, but I want to enjoy myself and post to discussions of substance and want my responses to make sense and not be short and quick and not given much thought.

Yes, staring at the screen and waiting for the discussion to load is really a waste of time. Multiple tabs really help me post more responses in less time. The more responses we can make, the more we will earn, and if we can do it faster, the faster we will earn. Have a nice day!

What do you mean? How do we create such a situation? I am thinking maybe we can create an interest where all the easy-to-answer discussion is to be posted. So that people looking for them would just find them in a flash and then we can hasten our postings. What do you think? Have a nice day!
