If you could be any animal, what would it be and why?

So Im in work and we just start chatting about random stuff and this was one of the questions. My answer was a penguin because you get to slide on your belly lol Random answer I know but I just love penguins and how they act and behave. It would also be really good to be a bird that could actually fly.
So I was just wondering what all of your lovely people would want to be and why?

I have to agree a cats life sounds pretty good to me. Sleeping all day, being feed and still getting to have attitude and be loved for it. That sounds like the life. Being a dog would not be bad either, depending on the family. I would like to be one of my friends dogs. They are treated like royalty. They have free run of the house and backyard, they are feed the choicest meals, they sleep on their own full sized bed in their own room, they are bathed and not required to anything but lay around and be petted. Got to love that kind of life. Only thing about the life of an animal is it is alot shorter than that of a human. So if you want a long life I would have to research it a little more.

haha yeah a cat would be cool, sleeping all day sounds really good. Also you can walk around where ever you want, go into peoples gardens and being nosey seeing what everyone is up to.
The worst animal would probably be a dog, people talking to you like an idiot all day, shouting at you when your on walks when you are trying to talk to other dogs, that would be hell!

I agree with you on being a bird that actually flies. It'd have to be a raptor bird for me...something like an eagle or a hawk so no other birds could chow on me. LOL
I think being a horse would be neat, as well. They're so beautiful and big, yet graceful at the same time. :-)
Probably the best animal would be a cat, though. You get to lay around cat napping all day, have your food served to you, scratch the crap out of anyone you want and be fast enough to run away from the one you just clawed. You also get to have a bad attitude and be aloof whenever you want and your family still loves you! LOL
