Has Anyone Flipped A house???

Where can you get a house for a couple hundred dollars? Sounds fishy to me. I have heard of flipping a house and making a pretty significant profit from it, but you have to have BIG money to invest. Or at least that was my understanding.

I've never done it myself, but I know a couple who have done a lot of flips, and they have done a fantastic job renovating old houses into useable living spaces. Of course, they're lucky that his mother is a realtor who can steer them onto good houses. I always thought I would like to try it, but now that we've just finished building our own house, I'm not so sure. It is a terrific amount of work.
