hi frens how many of u wud lik rowling to continue the legendary life of hogwarts with another character???? a character lik Harry Potter...... or a sequel to the Deathly Hallows????
how many of u lik it to happen???
or do u lik her to write more books around the fictional world.???

I would love for there to be more Harry Potter books, but she has been quite clear in saying that won't happen. The series is finished. I would read non-HP books by JK if she decides to write more, but for now I'll content myself with re-reading the Potter books occasionally & waiting for the next movie.

i think all of us harry potter fans should learn to let go and move on. i mean as much as we'd miss him, harry have had seven books already and it was a happy ending for him. i would like ms. rowling to embark on another magical adventure. maybe a girl hero next time?

If she ever had an inkling, which it doesn't seem like she does after writing 7 Harry Potter books, I think it would be fantastic if she did one-book stories about the next generation (Harry and Ron's kids), or even a pre-quel about Lilly, James, and Snape. We already know some of that story, but a more detailed account would be cool too. Money probably isn't a draw for JK now, so she would have to do it for the love of telling the story.
Seeing as how it's so popular, if she doesn't feel like doing it, she should not stand in the way of others using her characters and making their own stories. Royalties of course, but what harm could it do? Other's can reject or accept those stories on their own merits. I don't think it tarnishes the original in any way, just adds to the popularity.

it would be great to have another book but i dont see how cause the spot of a main antagonist would be kinda hard to fill after using voldemort... although i think itd be awesome if she could write a new series based on the kids of the origional children....any ways im content with her finishing on one condition....that that last movie be EXACTLY like the book if they can't make one of if not the greatest HP books in exact perfection in the movies...ill have lost all faith...
