i dont believe in ghosts!!

this incident happened a few years back!!!
our family was mourning the death of my distant relation!! she is to be my grand mom!! in relation!
just a few days after her days.. the family was back to normal!! then one day! i was sleeping in a room next my prayer room. and i was in a deep sleep i believe! and suddenly i felt that i saw a person in white!! face not clear! she holded my hands back and she was pressing it very hard besides my head!! i was trying to scream but i couldnt.. then something happens!! i started saying our father and hail Mary!!! i don know i was saying that!! then suddenly i was revealed of that dream!! or whatever that was!!
do you think that was a ghost, or just a fear in my mind that came as a dream!

I may sound like a freak but I do believe in ghost. I have many encounters with this unwanted presence and all those time, I am just sticking with my faith. Other people say I have my third eye open but I don't really know. Luckily, I don't really encounter them like you did because I am more on empathy. Feeling them and not seeing them. It is normal to be afraid but remember to keep your faith. That will surely save you on anything: ghost or not. Pray always! May God be with you!

thank you shirley! you know i am like a person who doesn believe until i have any proof about anything! if i would encounter ghosts like you did! i would probably believe in them!! and i also believe good and evil are balanced in this world!

you could have just been dreaming. I DO believe in ghosts, but usually when there is one present, I think they keep coming back and making it known they are there. If this was a few years ago, and it only happened once, maybe it was just a dream. It could also be that it was a ghost, and that it did whatever it intended to do at that time, so there was no need to come back...who knows???

Well its really very hard to determine knowing that you were asleep when that happened. it may be most probably be a dream only.
