does the brand of your cellphone matters?

The brand doesn't really matter to me. I use my phone to be in touch with my friends. But to tell the truth, I always try to get the lates model. That's all.

I'm not affected by brand-names with ANYTHING I purchase. Unless it affects the quality of the product. The older you get, the less you will be impressed by status.

as long my cell phone is working fine,i do not bother about its brand,but i prefer nokia.

to be honest w/you i could care less what brand mine is. i very seldom use mine. wouldn't even have one if i hadn't gotten it as a gift a few years ago.

yes the brand of my cellphone really matters...because i feel sony ericson is the best...i don prefer nokia .. in touch phones HTC is nice...& i hvnt tried apple as of now

ive had nokia, lg, audiovox and motorola phones. I would have to say that i prefer motorola the most out of all brands of phones as thats what ive used the most and am the most accustom to. we dont have a house phone at this house since we have moved here so we rely on our cell phones for everything. one thing i have noticed in my area and the phones ive used is that motorola gets the best reception and the least ammount of dropped calls so thats another reason I prefer motorola. my parents both have razrs and I have a motorola e815 but will probably upgrade to a motorokr z6m within a few months or so.

ya brand doesn't matter that much i agree but when it comes to its longevity or quality product, it matters as it good brand gives warranty or guarantee with customer satisfaction.....

communication it is.. but somehow, i would like the latest too so as not to be ashamed.. hehe.. well, it is alright for me to have the oldest phone as long as i can communicate, but there are others who are born ridicules.. hehe.. well, the brand matters to me and the size and the features.. but no matter what it is, as long as it is given to me for free, brand doesnt matter anymore!! will you give me?..

Well, I think in some ways it does. There are a lot of brands out there. But it kind of depends on the person using and for what. If the phone is not that user friendly to people who text a lot than calling then why get that brand when there are other brands that are user friendly to certain types of mobile phone user.

hi pretty_mary! i'm not really brand conscious, what matters is that the celphone is user friendly and i can use it to communicate with other people. i really dont buy the latest model everytime. I just get it free every two years because of the retention plan of our provider. take care!

it does not matter to me. what matter most is i must like its appearance and i want my phone to be as uncommon as possible. i have been using phones bought in china for the past 3 years and using them in singapore. it feel refreshing as no one has a similar phone as mine. what more, they are cheap and of average quality to meet my requirements for a phone. in singapore, most people are quite particular about the brand of their phones and most of them would carry the latest model in market from Nokia, Samsung, Sony and Motorola. i just want to differ from them and carry something that they cannot buy from the market..haha
