How do you choose your username?

Almost every site has you choose a username when you register. So I was wondering how you choose it? Do you use the same one for all of the sites that you are in, or different ones for different sites? Is your username something that says something about you? Is it is something that you just picked out and liked? Did you have a lot of trouble thinking of it? A long time ago I had the username oddball that I used a lot, but I saw that a lot of people used it and my sister started using it (i guess she wanted to be like me). This was a couple of years ago and I kind of got mad at her for picking that and using it. I know it isn't a big deal at all, I was young at the time. So I decided to use something different. I thought and thought and couldn't think of anything. I wanted something unique. Finally I thought of it, it was the license plate that my parents (when they were together) had a long time ago. O2bnocn -- oh 2 b n ocean. They finally changed it because no one understood what it meant and people kept asking them what it meant. Now my mom just has a regular license plate, just numbers and letters that don't mean anything. Anyways I really liked it because I love being in the ocean or at the ocean and it was kind of unique. I like how it is spelled out. A while ago I came up with another screenname "brookesblueyes" because my name is brooke and I have blue eyes. It is kind of long though and I didn't feel like going to every site I am registered on and changing my username on there. So I just stuck with o2bnocn. Do you ever change your username? How often and does it aggravate you to change it on every site that you are on, or do you only change it on a couple of site?
