What's your reaction when you see a mom nursing her child in public? The first time I saw this,I was shocked. Well, I was young then and not used to seeing situations like this.
But lately I haven't seen any unlike before that they you can see them even in public transportations, in malls, in the neighborhood.
What can you do when your child is hungry and crying but to feed him. I guess it would be more annoying hearing a shrieking child. Breastfeeding is important to their growth and for the bonding as well of the mother and child.
Good thing that nowadays they have built breastfeeding rooms in malls now for the privacy of all moms out there. Remember, breastfeeding is best for babies upto 2 years old.

I know babies have to eat but I don't think you should do it on a bus or in the mall or someplace like that. Now, if you go into a stall in a public restroom that's okay but not sitting at a table in the food court of the mall. If you know you're going to be out and have to feed the baby I think you should pump some milk out and put it in a bottle.

So eating in a toilet stall is good but eating at a dining table is bad? I guess I know where you'll be eating should we ever go out to eat as my baby and I eat at tables.

I agree also, if you wouldn't want to eat in the bathroom why should your baby have to?

LOL...yes and it's also so convenient! Stalls offer rolls of "napkins" slightly moistened from repeated toilet flushes and those paper seat covers are perfect for wrapping up left overs. Plus it's educational with all that "language" on the walls.

I think it's fine. I'm sure it makes some people uncomfortable or embarassed, but hell...there are alot of perfectly fine, natural things that have made people uncomfortable and embarassed over time, society eventually gets over it.
I'm all for making people uncomfortable. Good for them and progress as a species, you know?
Besides, I wouldn't reccomend reacting negatively to something that's good for a infant's health. You don't discourage something natural and good, you know?

It is normal and natural. Women have to do it. You do not want a child to go hungry.

for me its okay since theyre mommys and they always know whats right for their babies. i think we, the public, should try to understand them. if its difficult or uncomfortable for us to watch them doing that, how much more for their side right? :)
