Veggie trays are always a hit or coctail sausages, 2 of my specialties are a cheese dip
Valveta cheese melted, can of rotell tomatoes, and fried burger or sausage - I don't measure anything just hit and miss on what looks good, just melt cheese and mix all together. I like to use a slow cooker to keep it warm and it's great as a dip for nacho chips.
Another I do are 'sausage meat balls' my kids call these Aunt Jannette's Meat Balls. Mix sausage (I have done them with hamburger but their not as good), Bisquick, and shredded cheese. Form meat balls and bake until done - my kids would live on these if I could afford to make them often enough.

I make little snacks that everyone seems to love and they are easy to make! I use pepperoni in mine but you could substitute other sliced meats. You need:
8 0z. of softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 tablespoon oregano
a package of pepperoni slices
four 10" tortillas
Mix the cheeses and oregano together and spread it each on the four tortillas, put a row of pepperoni slices down the center of each one, and roll it up so the pepperonis are going the long way! Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and put them in the fridge for about an hour, or firm enough to cut. Cut each roll in 1/2" slices.
I'm sure your friends will love these. Good luck with your party!
