"Retarded Cowboy" Bush

VMA host Russell Brand called President Bush a "retarded coward" The British comedian went on to say America should vote for Obama "on behalf of the world" As much as I dislike President Bush I think that the statement was both a cheap shot and a publicity stunt aimed on increasing Brand's fame in America where he is virtually unknown. Maybe some of you saw it yesterday. Conan O'Brien made a funny remark about the incident saying that there was controversy. And that everybody knows that the correct term is "special needs cowboy."

I don't think I'd let a Brit get away with saying that about my president!

I must admit that Conan's comment was funnier.

yeh, I saw the bafoon's remarks. Honestly, the opinion of a celebrity means squat to me in my voting decision and the opinion of a FORIEGN celebrity in our politics means signifigance in the negative numbers........my only thought to people like him.......why don't we sit down and talk about this over a nice steaming cup of SHUT THE FACK UP!

A comedian's JOB is to make people laugh - the REST of the world hates this man and everything he stands for. Compared to what I'D like to say on national TV about that moron, I think he got off pretty easily. IF DADDY bush hadn't bought him a presidency, he'd be flipping burgers at some backwater truckstop at $2 an hour instead of tearing our country apart.
