When baby bites your nipple

My second baby had just turned one and i haven't weaned him yet. I tried to wean him gradually, but i think he is not yet ready. My problem now is that he bites my nipple and it feels worse than a needle being injected on your skin. It is like 10 times more painful. I do not know what to do. I am now trying to wean him, but during nights, i still breastfeed him. I had no problem with my first born because i weaned him when he's nine months due to a medication i had to take during my pregnancy with the second baby. He also bit my nipple then, butit was not that painful since he was just growing his first front teeth. With my second baby now, he has two sets of front teeth - upper and lower - and it is terribly painful when he bites me.
