I have a journal online, yes. Well, for about four years it was my only therapy, lol. It helped me think a little straighter. These days I don't write nearly as much in it but I still write, because...well I treat it like a study. To recount the details of my life, my thoughts, my realizations. Things I mayn't tell even the people I know. Just to say it, you know? My core of honesty.
I guess what I'm saying is, it helps if your journal means something to you.

I have a journal. I don't write in it every single day. I find that when I have something on my mind that I am trying to work my way through, it does help to write about it. Then I will go back a few days later and read it to see if I feel the same way or not.

I used to keep a diary when I was younger (in high school and parts of college), but now I don't have the time.

I used to keep a journal, I think I still have some stuff but it was sporatic at best. I did blog for a while about my drive home and got some good reviews. Now I just keep a pad and pencil by the bedpost since million dollar ideas come at 3:00am. I guess the only way to spice up your life is to tell it in a way that people can relate to it.

I have an online journal. Well, I started several on different sites, but I rarely updated. I recently decided to start writing in one again, and I find it very helpful in learning about myself. I prefer an online journal to a written journal because: 1) I'm paranoid that someone will find my written journal and read it (my online journal is private), and 2) I love the organizing features on online journaling sites. I tag my entries, so I can look back on specific moments in my life that are related. In a way, it feels like having many different journals on one site sometimes thanks to that feature.
