increasing stamina through exercises?

what are some exercises that can help increase my stamina? i have been jogging for 20 min daily and it seems does not seems to help much. does diet contribute to our stamina? having a good sleep at night? kindly share your views.

Jogging is good exercise but if you want to increase your stamina, you should try sprinting a certain distance while jogging. Swimming is also a good way to increase your stamina. Try doing a few laps when you can. Try to lessen your junk food intake and try eating healthy. Vegetables in every meal and fruits as your snacks will keep you healthy and fit. Try not to sleep to late. You should always be well rested. Around 6-8 hours of sleep a day is good.
