why is it so hard to lose weight but easy to gain?

i been fighting weight lose all my life seem like the more weight you lose the more come back iam scared to diet what do you think is a good weight lose diet?what do you think about liposuction is this something good to do?

I also been fighting weight lose. Before I easily lose weight, maybe its because of the many sports activities I involved myself with. But now, having my work, I just do the jogging every morning, yet I feel like I'm even gaining that losing.

maybe you are gaining muscles.muscles weight more then fat i think you can excerise to much what do you think?

yes muscles weight more then fat is your body changing it should be fiming up nicely take you measurement i bet you are losing a lot of inches

annjilena I would not get it because. Your body changes every 2 or 3 years. I was at 150 to 175 then I have gone down to 130lbs .I was before that 299lbs. I ate allot of water Mellon .and yogurt, one summer and meat and potatoes at super time and lost all that weight!!!! SO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO!! crazydaisy

Yeah I think you are right.It's easy to gain weight but hard to lose weight.It's really very hard to lose weight......

hi ann, that sounds like word of wisdom to me :the more weight you lose the more come back finally : now i have stopped dieting... but due to health reasons .. i am now only eating once a day .. have stopped carbs its almost 3 months now .. having some health beverage to back up on the vitamins required..., i have them for breakfast and dinner. Saturday or Sunday, i select one of it and endulge myself in every thing i want to eat ... my main purpose now is healthy food to avoid, diabetes or heart disease ... excersice, sorry i am too lazy ... i just practice using more stairs now ... a secret, i lost 3 kg already ... cheers

that is wonderful don,t give up your fight to lose weight you can do it find out what works for you and stick to it.some people diet and then just stop and when they start to gain they,re wondering why it,s because they went back to there old eating habit so hang in there you can do it be blessed

that means you are eatting more than you are burning or you are bulding muscle and it is just taking the place of your fat.

in my case it's different. I'm having a hard time gaining weight. When my bf left me, I lost weight, I lost my appetite so I have not eaten for days. and from being healthy like after I gained for months, I look skinny now. It's really bad. I'm trying to eat a lot again hoping to gain more weight. I think if you want to lose weight you should be more active. or probably ur metabolism is slow so you could easily gain weight.
