I think my father-in-law said it best when he said "it's going to take a woman to clean up this country"

I know she's pretty and she's got attitude and she's a woman, but she's also a proven liar, pathological politician, spin doctor, and a disciple of Bush.
How can you ignore her obvious lies and embrace her with such enthusiasm? They aren't minor issues that she's lying about. The resume she's using to promote herself is largely fiction. She claims to have ended the bridge to nowhere, but she doesn't mention that she was a vocal supporter of the program until the funds were provided by the government. Then she withdrew her support for the project, but never returned the money to the federal government. US TAX PAYER DOLLARS!!! ALASKA IS SO WEALTHY IT PAID ITS RESIDENTS MORE THAN $3000 EACH THIS YEAR!!! What business does she have, on behalf of Alaska, to keep tax dollars contributed by the working poor throughout the nation? I think that's just immoral.
Someone might also consider the familiar conflict of interest that comes with an oil-rich executive branch in an energy desperate nation. Palin's roots are in Alaska, much like Bush's roots were in Texas. Both are oil rich states, where these politicians have been networking for decades. What is in the interest of Palin's Alaskan supporters is in direct contrast with the interests of the nation. Our dependence on oil keeps Alaska from relevant and prosperous. Our dependence on oil threatens our nations environmental health and wealth. This sounds a little too familiar to me.
AND LASTLY, as a parent, I believe 100% that if your child in crisis, your business is to be there for them, not jetting around the country, indulging your ambitions. That has nothing to do with her being a woman. It's about being a parent, not about being a woman.

Please who paid you to write this bull! Obama & Biden both voted for the bridge to nowhere project this is a fact! I just saw something on the news today that said Obama's party was being really elementary calling names and just saying YOUR "A LIAR",When they have no proof. Maybe if they try to twist stuff a little more, and make up more lies about her, she will end up being the mother of the baby her daughter is carrying.

LOL seems like that is all Obama can come up with recently is "THE REPUBLICANS LIE" but where is his proof? He has nothing but accusations. He is running scared and unfortunatley will do anything to win this race even if it means throwing out his moral standards and dragging other people through the mud.

MINICOOPER~ I wish Obama would come out and say something like "She's lying!" Unfortunately, despite the abundant evidence that she is clearly lying about the Bridge to Nowhere and her international travel experience, the best Obama can muster up is that she is 'misrepresenting' her history. SHE'S LYING!!!! SHE'S LYING!!! What else can you call it when she claims to have been responsible for ending government waste, when she's ON VIDEO saying it needs to be done and FAST. She didn't reverse her position on the matter until she had the funds and public opinion was catching up with a bad decision.

Yeah , too bad I don't think she is the right one. She has made too many bad decisions for my liking and anyone who gives a darn about the environment should not support her at all.

Not just any woman though. Sarah Palin cleaned house in Alaska and worked wonders for their economy. I'm amazed by what she's done for the citizens of Alaska and I really hope she can manage success like that on the national level if she and McCain are elected.

As a working woman who had to "take on" male counterparts to get to where I got, I find that comment to be pretty sexist. I'm sure your FIL meant no harm though.
