I made a topic like this before but that was before the changes so figured i would do one again. I have seen topics lately from people who are new member's giving the wrong tips. I just want to give out the right things to do. I am not gonna lie and tell you that you will make $5+ everyday. What you make with this depends on you but hopefully these tips will help you from wasting your time. 1. Don't just post a image just to any response it has to match the topic. I see people telling other people they should but mylot even said don't do that. Just check the do's and don'ts here http://www.mylot.com/o/photoguidelines.aspx . 2. The thing about 4 lines each time you post isn't true. Just post a quality response. A quality response doesn't have to 4 lines each time. Don't just keep posting trying the make 4 lines everytime it take away from the quality of it. 3. You don't get paid for responding to your own topic. The reason why is that it puts your topic back at the top of the list and has a chance to get more responses. So respond to your topic to get more responses. 4. Don't post the same image more then once on here another mylot says in the guidelines. "Post the same photo multiple times. You only need to post the photo once to gain your earnings for that photo". That is the quote from there quidelines about that. 5. This is important mylot now delete's allot of topics that might have been reported or considered spam. They also delete post like that now also. You won't notice your money dropping from it until the end of the month. So if you think you can post a topic against the guidline knowingly don't. It won't seem like it has affected you at first until the end of that month. 6. This is not a fact so i am not saying it is. I think you get paid for views of your photos on your profile. I think this because i have gotten money even when i didn't post images. Like i said this is not a fact so i'm not positive. 7. Last thing mylot as added in what i call a new anti spam feature. If you have more then one page open and clicked on the respond to topic button on more then one. Once you click submit you will be redirected to the homepage. That mean your post didn't go threw. I am sure they added this to stop people from spamming and getting so many post so fast. I hope this is not to long and hope that it helps. I could have easily made a quicker post and got allot of responses but that's not my point for this. The one i did last time like this didn't get allot of responses but i am sure it put a few people on the right track. Like i said i made one agian since mylot as made changes. If you have been on here for a while and already know this stuff then don't respond with stuff like you already knew it. If you already know it that is great but that doesn't mean everybody does. It will be noticable at the end of the month if allot of your money is gone. So try to follow them and guide yourself. I don't want people to get the wrong ideal about mylot when you read false tips.
