Can anyone help me on deciding about my carrear move.

nobody can choose your career for you, only yourself. Remember that. After working with IT,which area do you excel in, what do you like best? Then think about the different careers there are, narrow them down, and choose one. Do something not for the sake of the money, but the passion, remember. Have a nice day!

If you are in the Philippines, then you might want a career in the call center industry. IT people are paid with very good dough in that industry, not to mention lots of training from singapore or even the states. But of course you have to check first what you really want. Don't just into a job you are not sure to love and give dedication to cause that's gonna ruin all your aspirations and will make you expect of something that is not there and will never be there. Take your time and think very well on what you really want to do, what you believe you will like and eventually love in the future. I believe that choosing a career path is like choosing a partner in life. You don;t just work for the money as you just enter a lifetime commitment in a relationship just to hit the hay. Of course there's the benefit of waking up in the morning cuddling and kissing, doing things together, having a baby, growing old together, experiencing things together, arguing, making up and all the sort. Same with your job. You don't just want to be in the same position as you are in when you first stepped into the office, you might as well think of what advancement you can get if you enter the job: promotions, salary increase, vacations, benefits, and most importantly, experience and self-fulfillment. believe me, you will never want to work for a company and in a position you are not sure of. Will you love someone you just met a second ago?
