Im thinking about what for the + button function actualy? did it make your earning increase? Can i rate even im not discussion starter?

There was something in the guidelines about the revenue from the deleted posts getting distributed amongst members with + and best responses.

it is possible to give + to any topic even though you are not the starter of the discussion.i am not sure of the effect in earning.ofcourse it will be less than the best response--i guess

Your earnings depend on how others rate YOU. When you rate other people, you are helping them with their earnings. So if you post good questions and answers, more people will give you a + and you will earn more. Also getting a "best response" probably makes you earn more.
