some of my frens tel tat havin honey mixed wit hot water and lime taken in the morning will help us reduce weights.... how far is it true????

If you work out in the morning, it would be most effective for you to have a cup of black coffee with an apirin and no food before working out. Then immediately following your workout, eat a high protein breakfast (like eggs). This will increase your weight loss.

The concoction you mention would be great for your throat, I don't know about losing weight with it though
