applinit.dll virus

While I was clicking on my ptc sites this morning
I have encountered a virus detected by avast, it is called applinit.dll
it keeps on appearing even after I have delete it.
Do you have experience for this virus?

Oh you can find the Virus cleaner on the Avast website.It cleans the known viruses.Don't forget to stop the resident scanner of the Avast and Start it again after using the Cleaner.You can fine this cleaner at Avast website.
