Physical relationships- are we just like animals!

Man is an animal -- a social animal. We have refined most of our animal instincts to such an extent that makes us different from other animals. But when it comes to Physical Relationship, I think, we are not refined enough. Sometimes, we (not all of us) involve in it ----- without falling in love after marriage but without love or just to enjoy a few moments. Don't u think these ways to satisfy one of our animal instincts are not refined enough. Then what is the best way-----have PR only with someone u really love Plz comment -- what u think....
