Hurricanes

I know I am. i am glad that Tropical Strom Fay finally left here. Now the other ones are around. I hope your daughter and her family will be alright. i watch the weather channal a lot more then I use to myself and also channels that are in my states.

Our weather is getting much worse here in Ireland with flash flooding and storms. I know we always got our fair share of rain but these days there is no end to it. Thankfully we are not experiencing anything like the hurricanes in other countries but I don't think we are far off. Hope your daughter and her family will be safe and that the hurricanes will soon die out.

Yes I think the weather has gone very strange all around the world, many are blaming global warming but I often wonder if they really know, it is a bit scary really, I am not sure i could cope with what a lot of people have to go through in other countries.

I have noticed that the weather is getting more violent. I think it is only going to get worse and worse.

yea ,it seems the natural disasters have gone up. all the weathers are getting extreme and it is causing a lot of devastation,maybe one of the reason is global warming.

Oh I think they have definitely gotten worse. I was living in Florida the summer of 2004 when they got slammed with 4 hurricanes in a row. Until that year hurricanes didn't seem to be that bad especially in south eastern florida. It seems every year since then each hurricane season has gotten progressively worse. I worry about my mom still being down there. So far she's been lucky and not had to go through anything too terrible. It seems the bad ones tend to go up into the Gulf.

It does seem that the Hurricanes this yr. seem to be a little worse than they have been yrs. before. I just have been Praying for safety, and hope something can be done to help prevent some of the major damages from occuring as well. This has been a really bad yr. overall, and let's hope it does not only continue to get worse from here.

I am nowhere near the hurricanes, I only know what I hear on the news. From what I have heard on the news, I agree with you. They seem to be getting worse and worse every year. I don't understand why. It's really scary to think of all the people affected by the storms.

I've seen and read a lot of reports that this is true - we are getting more and more and they are causing more damage. Personally I believe this is going to be the trend for some time to come.

I believe that the climate is definitely changing. As such, we will get more violent storms and more extreme weather.
